Yoga Nidra practice was the pivotal part of my ability to manage perimenopause symptoms. I am so excited to share this practice with you. You will learn how to release your day, improve breathwork, and gain presence. Oh and by the way, Yoga Nidra is done in corpse pose the whole time. What is corpse pose? It's lying down on your back, like a corpse. It doesn't matter if you think your balance isn't good enough or your not coordinated enough for yoga. You can do this! Why Yoga Nidra? When done daily it can: - Reduce hot flashes (paced breathing cuts them by 44%) - Improve sleep (reducing insomnia and/or interrupted sleep) - Regulate cortisol (out of balance cortisol - low cortisol can cause fibromyalgia, burnout, chronic fatigue; high cortisol can cause pre-diabetes, obesity, accelerated aging, insomnia, etc.)
