What if I acted pregnant?

Two women I know just gave birth to beautiful baby girls within the last month. It was during their pregnancy that I noticed how well they were taking care of themselves. Here's a few of the things I saw them doing:

Feeding themselves with nutritional foods
Not drinking alcohol or caffeine
Setting boundaries to protect their needs
Moving in ways that supported their body
Listening and responding to their bodies as it evolved
Ensuring they got adequate sleep (well maybe not the last few weeks - remember those bathroom interruptions!)
Normal changes, you would expect. But why the change? Because a baby is on board. I get it. Here was my a-ha moment. Why don't we take care of ourselves like we were pregnant all the time?
I understand a baby is precious and needs to be nurtured. But aren't we all? Aren't you? I discovered that we have false beliefs that tell us that we should put others first. It's important to take care of yourself during pregnancy. But it's also just as important to take care of yourself when you aren't.
Wouldn't it be great if you respected your body like a temple? A precious place to nurture your mind, energy, and spirit. What would that look like? Let me take a shot at painting a picture:
Feeding myself with nutritional foods
Not "needing" substances like alcohol and caffeine
Setting boundaries
Movement that feels good
Listening to and respecting my body
Sleeping: going to bed when I'm tired and sleeping through the night
Here's your first step to respecting your body as a temple
MoJo Mindset: (Learn what to do with the MoJo Mindset section)

False Beliefs:
I believe in taking care of others first and then me (if I have any energy left)
Nurturing my body is optional
I'm not important enough to set boundaries
Wine, caffeine, and chocolate are necessary for survival. (Ok, I'll give you chocolate)
What if?
I love my body and feed it nutritionally
I set boundaries
I listen to my body and then respond to it with support
I respected my body like a temple
