Each tip has a focus. The intent is to have you reflect on your mindset and your behaviors. Our mindset is made up of beliefs. Beliefs are formed when you have repetitive thoughts and you accept them as truth. But here's the thing, not all beliefs are truth - many are false
And if you want to change, you've got to get rid of those false beliefs.
So here is how I recommend using these tips.
Read them with curiousity, not judgement. Be open to the content.
Decide you want to change, then proceed to the MoJo Mindset section
"False Beliefs" is the first part of the MoJo Mindset. Connect to the universe, the Love of all things, and delete those false beliefs from your mind, body, and all time.*
"What if?" is the second part of the MoJo Mindset. These are your new truths. These thoughts can be repeated as affirmations or asked for the Love of all things to help you implement them.*
Here is what the MoJo Mindset section looks like.
MoJo Mindset:

False Beliefs:
Affirmations never work
People can't change
This whoo whoo stuff is a farse
What if?
I were open to the possibility
I believe new truths
I change what I've been doing (because that's not working)
