When I hit my forties, I was the mom/wife of a family of 6. My children were growing independent and finding themselves. But something was changing in me. I wasn’t the thriving, MoJo-rocking woman that I used to be.
I was becoming numb, I didn’t want to be around people, I wasn’t sleeping well, and my periods were changing. There had to be a better way.
I experimented and discovered ways to live my second half of life better than the first. I began sleeping better, sensations returned to my body and I was even waking up before my alarm full of energy. Now I'm teaching women to do the same with the Midlife MoJo program.
